Orders will be shipped within 2-7 Days from the order date. However, delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SigmaScents is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Please note that once the order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Cancellation Request: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at Sigmascent@gmail.com or 99583 90718 as soon as possible. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your canceled order.

Refund should Reflect to the Source of Payment within 2-7 Business Days once the Order Cancellation has been processed.
Returns and Refunds

We do not offer a return policy for products that are once sold. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

For defective or damaged products, we will provide a replacement after verifying the issue.

In case of any Returns or Replacements, Customer must present an Unboxing Video as a Proof to Verify the Case, If any Damaged Product is Received.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns for opened or used perfume products unless they are defective.
